Police Checks:

Who needs one? Any extraordinary minister of communion taking communion to the sick in the home or in any of the various aged care facilities, those who are catechists in our sacrament program, or work on children's liturgy. There are a few checks not in as yet – I'll need to being drawing some of our ministries to a close if I can't get them back.

The Archbishop will be in the Parish the 1st and 2nd of June 2013 to celebrate the sacraments of Confirmation and 1st Eucharist.



Mass of the Oils:

St Mary's Catholic Cathedral 7.30pm. The very best Mass formally on the Archdiocesan Calender! Sign up sheets for a seat on the bus and in the Cathedral at the back of the Churches over the next couple of weeks.




Christian meditation is a form of contemplative prayer which uses a mantra or prayer word. It is a prayer of silence and listening. Feast with Friends:

Vinnies Young Adults will be continuing their free monthly meal on the last Thursday of the month. The venue has changed to 50 & Better Centre, 108 Bathurst St, Hobart.
